The "stay-at-home" order from the provincial government has been extended to at least May 20. This forces us to change the current pick-up date (May 8) for both import and sandwich orders at the Danish Church Spring Bazaar. 

At this point, we are setting the new bazaar pick-up date as 

Saturday, June 5 (the Danish Constitution Day). 

This means that the closing date for the sandwich orders has been extended to Sat May 29. Similarly, you can order other available goods in the webshop until that date.

All who have ordered shipping of their goods will receive them as planned from the middle of May. 

We hope there will be no further government changes that may affect us, but we will have to wait and see with the current Covid situation as bad as it is. We certainly hope that people will still keep their orders with us as this is an important fundraising program for the church, but we will, of course, refund any orders if that is preferred.

If you want to cancel your order, send an e-mail to bazaar@danchurch.ca with your name and order number, and we will refund your order. You can also use that e-mail if you have any questions. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but clearly, this is beyond our control.
