A reminder that some memberships have still not been renewed for 2022. If you register by mid-March, you will be qualified to vote at the next AGM. The fee is $15 per person, which can be taken from recent 2022 donations if desired. Let us know your preference as we need to have a written or email confirmation for membership registration.

The official tax receipts for all 2021 donations have now been distributed. If you have not received yours by March 15, let us know, and we will get the receipt to you. 

The next AGM will be on Sunday, April 3. With the current relaxation of Covid restrictions, we will have the meeting in person in the Royal Hall after the service. We will also offer it on Zoom so that members can participate even from a distance. The official notice and information package of this AGM will be sent out to registered members by early March. Along with the usual business, group, and financial reports, there will also be the election for open board positions. Mark Fenger was recently appointed to fill a vacant position on the Board. Your participation is needed for the decisions that impact the health and welfare of our church and congregation for the coming years.
