1) Next AGM 2023

The next Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Sunday March 26, 2023, after the service at 12 noon. You can participate either in person or on Zoom. 

The official notice and information package of this AGM will be sent out to registered members by early March. In addition to the usual business, group and financial reports, and election to the board, we will also review important plans for the future of this church. 

We encourage you to participate in this essential meeting as we need to hear from our members how they would like us to proceed moving forward. We recommend you join us in-person as face-to-face is a better format, but if time or travel is an issue, then via Zoom is better than not participating at all.

2) Church Membership

A reminder that some members have still not renewed their membership. In order to vote at the next AGM, you must register before March 19. The annual fees are $20 per person, and may be deducted from a recent donation if desired. Let us know your preference as we need written or email confirmation for membership registration.

3) Tax Receipts

The official tax receipts for all 2022 donations have now been distributed. If you do not receive yours by March 15, please let us know and we will get a copy to you.
